By using Valiame, you agree to these Terms. They cover what we offer, what you owe, what happens when things go wrong, and how either of us can end the relationship.
1. The service
Valiame provides booking, client-management, and automated-messaging software for solo beauty practitioners. We do not own, manage, or supervise the practitioners' business — they are independent operators.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials private and for everything that happens under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Payments
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. Cancel any time from /settings/billing — your access continues until the end of the paid period. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial months.
4. Clients' data
Your clients' contact information and booking history belong to you. Export at any time. We process this data on your behalf as your data processor — see the Privacy Policy.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. On termination, your booking page goes offline and your data is retained for 60 days for export, then deleted.
