Refund Policy

Valiame is sold as a monthly subscription billed in advance through our payment processor. This policy explains when we refund a charge, how to request one, and what we don't refund. It supplements our Terms of Service.
1. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you decide Valiame isn't right within 14 calendar days of your first paid charge, email support@valiame.com from the address on the account and we'll issue a full refund. We process approved refunds within 5 business days back to the original payment method; bank settlement can add a few extra days.
2. After the first 14 days
Subscriptions then run for the period you've paid for. Cancelling mid-month keeps your access until the period ends — we don't pro-rate refunds for partial months. You can cancel any time from /settings/billing; access continues until the period ends.
3. Service outages
If a Valiame failure (e.g. an extended WhatsApp delivery outage on our side) prevents you from operating, we credit your account or refund the affected period at our discretion. We monitor incidents internally and reach out proactively when one affects your account — but you don't need to wait: contact support and we'll investigate.
4. Duplicate charges
If our payment processor or your bank double-charges you, email support@valiame.com with the transaction IDs and we'll refund the duplicate within 5 business days of confirmation.
5. What we don't refund
Beta-period discounts already applied to your account, renewals charged after the cancellation window (we send a reminder 3 days before each renewal — cancel any time from /settings/billing to avoid the next charge), and charges older than 90 days. We also can't refund usage fees from third parties on your behalf (Meta WhatsApp message fees, etc.).
6. How to request a refund
Email support@valiame.com from the address on the account. Include your practitioner slug (the bit after valiame.com/), the approximate date of the charge, and a one-line reason. We aim to respond within 1 business day; refunds are normally approved or declined within 3 business days of receiving the request.
7. Chargebacks and disputes
Please contact us first — almost every refund-eligible case is faster through support than through your bank. Our payment processor is the merchant of record for your subscription; if you're not satisfied with the outcome of a Valiame refund request, you can also raise the dispute with them directly.
